Notice of Recruitment: Communications Coordinator

The Korean Cultural Centre UK (KCCUK) is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our PR & Communications Team.

 

The successful candidate will support the delivery of KCCUK’s PR and marketing activities across online and offline channels, working closely with the Communications Manager.

 



COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

 

Working Period

  • 26 August 2026 - 6 November 2026 *Specific working dates may be subject to adjustment.

  • 3 days per week

  • 09:30 – 17:30 (7 hours per day / excluding 12:00-13:00 lunchtime) / Based at the Korean Cultural Centre UK

Salary

  • £13 per hour

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of the KCCUK’s online and offline PR and marketing strategies

  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, website, newsletter, Meta and Google Ads

  • Support communications with international and Korean media

  • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and partnerships with relevant external organisations and media

  • Assist with delivering PR Initiatives and events to increase awareness of KCCUK and its programmes

  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the team

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. KCCUK is unable to provide visa sponsorship.

  • Fluency in both English and Korean

  • Previous experience in PR, communications, marketing or a related field is desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Figma and Adobe applications is desirable
